Clean rooms with comfortable beds made for a restful stay. The pooled amenities were great, and staff provided friendly service, although I noticed a shortage of luggage carriers upon arrival. Breakfast options were varied, but my shower had minor issues with humidity and peeling anti-skid material. Overall, a solid experience.

This was just a prime choice for a weekend escape in Waynesboro at a reasonable price. The power outage meant I had to stay in my car most of the day, which was frustrating but unavoidable.

missingWrote a review on Nov 15convenient locationeasy accesspool hours
The location provides easy access to I-64, making it simple to hit the road for day trips to nearby attractions like Shenandoah National Park. Plus, Cracker Barrel and Panera Bread sit just down the road for an easy breakfast option.
We checked into a room with a real plumbing mess—tools strewn about and a leaky sink that wasn’t fixed during our stay, forcing us to hike down to the lobby several times without anyone answering our calls. Another major inconvenience stemmed from the pool hours. after an exhausting room swap, we rushed only to be interrupted by the pool closing enforcement. The noise from the freeway was pretty relentless at night, even with the curtains drawn. Plus, some strange dark lighting conditions in the rooms added to the ambiance of frustration more than comfort, leaving us feeling a little less than relaxed overall.

This hotel has a great location near restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for our trip. The handling of check-in was smooth, and the staff greeted us warmly. Our room was clean, which is a big plus for me. Comfortable beds helped us unwind after a long day. Breakfast options were varied, including eggs and sausage, which I appreciated. However, I noticed the refillable soap dispensers didn’t work well. I recommend bringing your own toiletries. The room had no charging ports by the beds, which made it inconvenient to use devices at night. Finally, the pool area could use better maintenance. some amenities weren’t working. Overall, I didn’t let these points ruin my stay and would consider coming back in the future.

The stay featured exceptionally clean rooms and a well-organized environment, proving to be a high-quality choice for the price. The breakfast offered diverse options, including fresh fruits, which contributed to a satisfying start to the day. However, the pricing was unexpectedly high, deterring future visits, as it was significantly more than previous stays during busier holiday times.

Perfect location and friendly staff!
Such a great spot! Super close to restaurants and entertainment. The lobby looked so modern and everyone was really friendly. The breakfast bar had tons of great options which I enjoyed. My room was clean and comfy, but the pillows were a bit too thick for my liking. Would've loved different ones!

Our family loved the comfy beds and the clean, spacious room during our two-night stay.
